Art activities can regulate blood pressure, breath, reduce stress-related hormones, release tensions and activate a flow experience.

Art activities  also promote self-esteem and self-expression, empathy, self-knowledge and self-regulation, as well as time and space management skills.

The use of colors, materials, textures, water, along with relaxation techniques and guided imagery can help in coping with anxiety, muscles tension, stress andbruxism.


During sessions participants will be encouraged to use art materials freely, to make his/her own anti-stress piece and learn  a few self-help and anti-stress techniques !


There is no good or bad art, just useful and enjoyable art!
